10. Live Plant Policy – Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable

Plants are living and perishable products that may naturally respond to changes in temperature, humidity, handling and transportation.

All plant purchases made through Padmam Nursery are non-refundable and non-returnable, subject to applicable law.

  • Plant orders cannot be returned or exchanged after dispatch.

  • No refunds will be provided for natural variations in plant appearance.

  • Minor wilting, fallen leaves, leaf discolouration and broken branches are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

  • Customers should carefully review product descriptions, specifications and photographs before purchasing.

11. Transit Damage Policy

Padmam Nursery takes appropriate care when preparing and packing plants for shipment.

However, plants may undergo natural changes during transportation.

  • We do not accept transit damage claims for plants.

  • No refunds, replacements or compensation will be provided for plants reported as damaged during transportation, subject to applicable law.

  • Natural changes in appearance, minor wilting, fallen leaves and broken branches during transit are not eligible for compensation.

This policy applies to both domestic and international plant shipments, subject to applicable law.

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All orders are prepaid.

Before Dispatch:

  • Cancellation requests may be submitted before dispatch.

  • Approval depends on the order processing and packing status.

  • Once an order enters preparation or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.

After Dispatch:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • Dispatched plant orders cannot be returned for a refund.

Payment-Related Refunds:
