This plant has a common name of Grafted Chikoo, Chiku, Sapota Fruit Plant (Manilkara zapota, Sapodilla Chikoo, Chiku, Sapota) and a variety name of Sapota. and its fruit is a brown color. It can be harvested all year round and needs 2 cups of water in the morning and 2 cups in the evening, as well as spraying of water in leaves and stems 2 to 3 times a day. It needs 3-6 hours of natural indirect bright sunlight for best results.

The soil composition should be 60% red soil and 40% cocopeat with rich organic fertilizer. Fertilizer to be used is Padmam Nursery's Organic Plant Booster Manure - 4 Tbsp every 7 Days + Vermicompost - 1 cup every 15 days. To protect the plant, remove dead, infected or damaged plant parts and discard them away from the plants.
