Common Name : Water Lily,  Nymphaeaceae 

Plant Height : 3 to 3.5 Feet Height (40 to 42 inches) approx 

Suitable for terrace gardening. Can be grown in large tubs filled with Water. Hybrid Variety. Yield more flowers

How to Plant :  Take a large tub without holes. Fill 1/4 tub with red soil 80% + 20% organic fertilizer. Plant the plant received along with its bulb buried under the soil. Pour water in the tub until the leaves and buds of the plant floats. Let the water and soil set for 1 hr. Keep in direct sunlight.

Flower Color : White Color

Bloom Time : All round year

Water Time : Change the water 3 months once or pour water when water level drops.

Sunlight :  3-6 hrs of natural direct bright sunlight ideal for aquatic plants

Soil Composition: 80% red soil + 20% rich organic fertilizer

Fertilizer to be used : Padmam Nursery's Organic Plant Booster Manure - 4 Tbsp every 7 Days + Vermicompost - 1 cup every 15 days 

Donts : 

• Do not use harmful chemicals for plants.
• Do not water the plants using Chlorinated Water or Salty Water.
• Do not plant the plant in planters without drainage holes. Always punch holes in pots, planters or grow bags
• Do not expose the Plant in very hot direct sunlight as the leafs and stem might burn

Plant Protection:

• Remove dead, infected or damaged plant parts and discard them away from the plants.
• For any insect attack or disease, you can use Neem oil, Eucalyptus oil or Citrus oil spray for primary treatment.

Nymphaeaceae is a family of flowering plants, commonly called water lilies. They live as rhizomatous aquatic herbs in temperate and tropical climates around the world. The family contains five genera with about 70 known species.
