It needs 3-6 hours of natural indirect bright sunlight, and should not be kept in a dark place. The soil composition should be 60% red soil and 40% cocopeat with rich organic fertilizer. Fertilizer should be used every 7 days, and organic fertilizer every 15 days. Do not use harmful chemicals for plants, and do not water the plants using chlorinated or salty water. Plant protection should be done by removing dead, infected or damaged plant parts and treating any insect attack or disease with neem oil, eucalyptus oil or citrus oil spray.
