How to Plant :  Take a large tub without holes. Fill 1/4 tub with red soil 80% + 20% organic fertilizer. Plant the white lotus plant received along with its bulb buried under the soil. Pour water in the tub until the leaves and buds of the plant floats. Let the water and soil set for 1 hr. Keep in direct sunlight.

Water Time : Change the water 3 months once or pour water when water level drops.

Soil Composition: 80% red soil + 20% rich organic fertilizer

Donts : 

• Do not use harmful chemicals for plants.
• Do not water the plants using Chlorinated Water or Salty Water.
• Do not plant the plant in planters without drainage holes. Always punch holes in pots, planters or grow bags
• Do not expose the Plant in very hot direct sunlight as the leafs and stem might burn

Plant Protection:

• Remove dead, infected or damaged plant parts and discard them away from the plants.
• For any insect attack or disease, you can use Neem oil, Eucalyptus oil or Citrus oil spray for primary treatment.

Nelumbo nucifera, also known as Indian lotus, sacred lotus, or simply lotus, is one of two extant species of aquatic plant in the family Nelumbonaceae. It is often colloquially called a water lily. Lotus plants are adapted to grow in the flood plains of slow-moving rivers and delta areas.
